Customer Service Ambassador

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Salary: £16,000 – £21,000/Annum depending on experience

Vanarama requires a Customer Service Administrator to work within our fast paced sales environment at our Hemel Hempstead Head Office. The position will demand excellent telephone manner, the ability to multi-task and enthusiasm to learn.

Roles and Responsibilities

Working in a busy support team, the role is ultimately to deal with customers’ queries as effectively as possible. You will be given industry leading tools to provide brilliant customer service, we are looking for individuals to be as creative as possible with providing solutions and have a hunger to WOW customers

Essential Job Functions

  • Dealing with and resolving a range of customer queries
  • Building relationships with the dealers in order to improve procedures
  • Play an active part in improving the Vanarama Customer Experience
  • Assisting customers with queries regarding the different stages of their contracts and any adjustments
  • Updating internal CRM systems with detailed notes
  • Working in sync with the rest of the Administration and Sales teams
  • Answering incoming calls in line with Company SLA’s
  • Processing new enquiries and transferring them to Sales
